Define requirements before implementation.
The Analysis is a fixed-fee requirements engagement. We document current processes, elicit and agree requirements, and deliver a specification that a qualified implementer can use. Aletheum can undertake the implementation, but the specification remains usable independently.
Documented handover. Continued support.
We document and transfer the agreed configuration, data, credentials and operating knowledge so your team can continue operating the system under applicable software licence terms. Ongoing support can be agreed for troubleshooting, maintenance and further implementation.
